Howdy Folks!

I decided that I'll keep my Xanga going...it actually seems to be pretty active, so I'll use this as my more personal, intuitive weblog, whereas MySpace seems to have become merely another way for real-life freinds to e-mail each other.

Anyway...so since my last entry I moved out, began attending USF, got accepted to the Bachelor's of Social Work program, got engaged, moved again, and generally got control of my health...no more 500 blood sugars like I was having a year or two ago. I still talk to Jen and company. Were going to the book store later on today. Thats my life in a nutshell for now.

I went to the Projekt Revolution concert and it kicked ass. I'll be back to post more asap.

I've been so busy with stuff this past week it's not funny, and I still have a long way to go. Katie and myself decided last Wednesday that we would take and overnight trip up to Gainesville to check the college out. She never really said it, but I think she wanted to go just for me because she knows I'll be going there, and had no real reason to take the trip. Well, for the first time in 11 years, she and I clashed. She was all strong willed about what we were going to be doing and when, and the only reason she gave for her behavior was that she drove, so she was 'in charge'. Needless to say I don't tolerate that sort of shit so we got into a bit of a tiz on the way out of the university hospital after getting info on the Nutrition program and whatnot. We made up though and had a pretty good time on our way home.

As for school, well, I was a bit overwhelmed when we came back on Monday...I was given 4 papers and a project to do. Thats the most I've ever had all at once. Yesterday night I did two of the papers...up all night, and today started another one and did all of my weekly work...now my brain feels like jello...lmao. But yeah...

Yesterday afternoon Lindsey and I tried to get ahold of Andy in efforts to invite him to the beach, but he was nowhhere to be found...wasn't at home (living with his ex because he has no family), or at work...which is weird because he works 6 days a week, and when hes not working he at home because he can't afford a car right now...I'm getting worried...maybe Lindsey finally found out what happened...I'm still not sure if we're officially an item yet...but I'm thinking we will be soon...he wants to take me on a date next weekend so I'm all happy and stuff.:) Hehe. Well I'm going to go do something relatively useless now...catch ya later.:)
